These Terms govern access to the AirQuote website and private application. By using AirQuote, you agree to these Terms. If you use AirQuote for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Service and availability

AirQuote is currently in private development. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We may invite, restrict, or revoke access while the product is being tested.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant AirQuote the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content.

Acceptable use

You may not use AirQuote unlawfully; interfere with or bypass service security; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; misuse another person’s information; or use the service to infringe rights.

Product feedback

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve AirQuote without restriction or compensation, while we remain responsible for how we use personal information under the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

AirQuote and its software, design, content, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AirQuote materials to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis during private development. To the extent permitted by law, AirQuote disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AirQuote will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
