AirQuote (“AirQuote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is developing software that helps residential service teams manage quoting and related operational work. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, support channels, and private application.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, information you enter into the product, support communications, and limited technical information such as device, browser, log, and usage data. The exact information depends on the features you use.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure AirQuote, operate accounts, respond to support requests, improve product reliability and usability, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, and security; when required by law; or in connection with a business reorganization. Providers are expected to protect information consistently with their role and applicable requirements.

Customer and quote data

Information submitted by a customer remains that customer’s operational content. Authorized users should only upload information they have the right to use. We use customer content to provide the service and as otherwise directed or permitted by the customer.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@airquote.ac. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required.

Children

AirQuote is a business product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as AirQuote develops. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
